Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Python professional with deep expertise in coding, data engineering, and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in designing and developing robust Python applications, building and maintaining ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and leveraging Large Language Models for innovative AI solutions. You will play a pivotal role in developing GenAI-driven projects, ensuring best practices in coding, and leading team members within an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python applications focused on Generative AI.
• Architect and implement robust ETL pipelines for large-scale data processing.
• Build, fine-tune, and deploy solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Lead and motivate team members to adhere to established coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver AI solutions that meet client requirements.
• Ensure effective communication within the team and with stakeholders.
• Participate actively in agile ceremonies and contribute to iterative project delivery.
• Work from the client location in Bengaluru as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Python programming and software development.
• Proven experience in designing and developing Generative AI solutions.
• Strong expertise in ETL development and large-scale data management.
• Demonstrated ability to work with Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Excellent coding skills and familiarity with mandatory coding practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in agile development methodologies.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI/ML deployment.
• Familiarity with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
• Exposure to MLOps and CI/CD for AI-driven projects.
• Knowledge of data visualization and analytics tools.
• Prior client-facing experience in a consulting or solution architect role.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years’ hands-on experience in Python development, ETL processes, and AI/ML integration.
• Experience working in agile teams and leading technical projects.

Environment

• Full-time, based in Bengaluru.
• Primarily in-office at client location; flexibility to work from client site as needed.
