Job Description

About the Role

We’re looking for someone who wants to learn the full stack of demand generation and GTM while helping build it from the ground up.

You’ll work directly with the founders across BD, product marketing, partnerships, and outreach to turn our traction into a repeatable system.

You’ll experience some 0-1 and hopefully a lot of
1-100
learning how to sell AI to enterprises and dealing with serious decision makers in some of the leading drug development organisations in the world.

High ownership, steep learning curve, and a chance to shape how a new category gets defined are table stakes.

What You’ll Do

Find and qualify prospects: Use Apollo, Clay, and other tools to build target lists of pharma/biotech decision makers.

Run outreach campaigns: Write cold emails, run LinkedIn sequences, test different messaging - figure out what gets responses.

Schedule demos: Get qualified prospects on calls with founders. Your success = number of demos booked with the right people.

Manage the pipeline: Keep CRM clean, follow up relentlessly, track what's working vs not working.

Shape our positioning: Work with founders to figure out how we talk about the product. Test different angles with prospects.

Keep the GTM stack organized: Lists, tools, signals, feedback, next actions - you own the operational side of sales.

Make our materials sharp: Work with design and product to make demos, landing pages, and collateral feel coherent and compelling.

Who You Are

Experience: 2-4 years in B2B SaaS sales, especially selling technical products >$10k ASP or to life sciences/pharma. You know how to run outbound, qualify leads, and book meetings.

or a smart, hungry generalist (IIT/BITS/top college) who wants to learn B2B sales from scratch. You've built something (project, community, side hustle) and want to learn how to sell.

Either way, you have:

Entrepreneurial Spirit: you’re excited about joining an early-stage startup and thrive in ambiguity. You want to roll up your sleeves, take initiative, and make a significant impact.

Strong sense of ownership - you see what's broken and fix it without being asked

Results orientation - you measure yourself by demos booked and deals closed, not hours worked

Scrappy execution - you'll use automation and creative tactics to get in front of prospects

Customer-Focused: You excel at understanding customer needs, communicating value, and creating solutions that lead to long-term partnerships.

Team Player: You’re collaborative and excited to work closely with the founders, product team, and customers to build something great together.

Bonus Points

Experience selling AI/technical products (you can explain complex things simply)

Knowledge of drug development or life sciences (or willingness to learn fast)

Familiarity with sales tools (Apollo, Clay, HubSpot, etc.)

Built or scaled something yourself (community, project, side business)

Not a Fit

You want a strict 9-5 with fixed hours

You need a lot of structure and hand-holding

You're not comfortable with rejection (most cold outreach fails)

Location

In-person (Bangalore)

Compensation

Industry grade pay + performance based incentives + seed round ESOPs.

Additional learning and education perks for interns and early-career hires.
