Looking for an incumbent with 15+ years of experience who has experience in the overall actuarial domain and an excellent understanding of the Risk Vertical.

·  The candidate will be responsible for establishing an appropriate ERM framework including risk policies, metrics, reporting, and monitoring and ensuring alignment of Risk Management with Corporate Strategy

·  The incumbent must be a Fellow from the Institute of Actuaries and will be required to advise Senior Management on Risk Management activities and leading practices.

·  It will be a team-leading role and reporting to the CFO and CRO - Deepak Kinger 

·  Compensation: Fixed: 65-75  lakhs and Performance-Based Variable Pay - 30%
