Salesforce Developer

Job Summary

The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for developing and implementing solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. This role requires extensive experience in Salesforce development, focusing on Service Cloud, to support business objectives and enhance user experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct hands-on Salesforce development, focusing on Service Cloud solutions.
• Implement and support at least one full lifecycle deployment of Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Develop with Apex programming language, including asynchronous Apex.
• Create dynamic web interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC) within the Lightning Component framework.
• Execute Salesforce integrations utilizing REST, SOAP, and Platform Events.
• Maintain and enhance the Salesforce ecosystem using version control and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
• Certifications:
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PD1) - mandatory.
  • Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant - mandatory.
• Strong proficiency in Apex programming language.
• Proven experience with Salesforce integrations and familiarity with middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing settings.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (PD2) certification.
• Experience with Salesforce DX.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with other Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud).

Experience

10+ years of relevant experience in Salesforce development, particularly with Service Cloud.
