Job Summary
As the Growth Marketing Head, you will be responsible for designing and executing marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role is pivotal in leading efforts across multiple channels—digital, paid, organic, and content marketing—to generate leads, optimize conversion, and build brand visibility. You will collaborate closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to accelerate business growth.
Responsibilities

Growth Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop and own a comprehensive growth marketing strategy to achieve 10x growth in revenue, focusing primarily on inbound marketing.
- Collaborate with leadership to align marketing goals with overall business objectives.

Demand Generation & Lead Acquisition:
- Drive marketing-qualified lead generation in North America through innovative campaigns and inbound marketing strategies.
- Leverage SEO, paid media, content marketing, social media, and email campaigns to attract and convert high-value prospects.

Website Traffic & Conversion Optimization:
- Oversee the optimization of Gnani.ai’s website to maximize traffic, engagement, and lead conversions.
- Ensure data-driven decision-making through robust analytics and tracking tools.

Channel Optimization:
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize marketing channels for maximum ROI.
- Build and maintain relationships with channel partners to expand Gnani.ai’s reach.

Marketing Operations:
- Lead the development and execution of annual and quarterly marketing plans, ensuring resources are effectively allocated.
- Implement marketing automation and CRM systems to streamline processes and measure campaign performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in growth marketing, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media.
- Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
Experience
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in growth marketing or a related field, with a track record of driving significant revenue growth.
