1. Bachelor’s/master’s degree in mass communications, commerce or business administration

2. 2-5 years of experience in prospecting and qualifying leads

3. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Zoho Bigin), MS Office & G suite

4. Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

5. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

 

Evaluation Process: Online communication test and 2 interview rounds with VPs and Partners

Location: Hyderabad; Full-time work from office

Compensation: Annual CTC (fixed + variable) of 5L based on profile and performance during evaluation process

Employment Terms: 3-month probation period to evaluate performance
