Job Summary

The Senior Manager – Finance will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, enhancing business health metrics, and ensuring effective financial planning and analysis. This role is crucial in supporting leadership with insights and data necessary to make informed decisions that drive the growth of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Own cash flow tracking, burn monitoring, and runway visibility on a continuous basis.
• Identify opportunities to improve contribution margins and revenue per clinic.
• Build financial models and dashboards that provide leadership with a clear, real-time picture of business health.
• Support unit economics analysis, pricing decisions, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Prepare financial data for investor updates, board reviews, and fundraising diligence.
• Prepare annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Perform monthly variance analysis of actuals vs. budget/forecast and provide actionable insights.
• Analyze revenue, cost, margins, and profitability across business units.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions, investment analysis, and scenario planning.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and Management Information System (MIS) reports for leadership review.
• Support month-end closing activities from a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) perspective.
• Partner with business stakeholders to track performance and identify improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years in a finance or business role, preferably in a startup or fast-growing business.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and cash flow management.
• Ability to work through large amounts of data and focus on what impacts the business.
• Comfortable utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) tools for faster analysis and scalable process building.
• High ownership mindset and adaptability in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
• Bachelors or higher degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

• Experience in healthcare finance or related sectors.
• Familiarity with financial software and tools.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Experience

• A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience in finance, preferably with exposure to dynamic and rapidly changing environments.
