Job Summary

The Gen AI Engineer will play a pivotal role in utilizing generative artificial intelligence technologies to develop innovative solutions that enhance business processes and user experiences. Responsibilities

• Design and implement generative AI models for various applications and use cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver AI solutions that meet business needs.
• Conduct research and stay updated on advancements in generative AI technologies.
• Optimize existing AI models to improve performance and accuracy.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring best practices are followed in the development process.
• Mentor junior engineers in AI model development and implementation techniques.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, particularly in generative AI.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar.
• Strong understanding of AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with data preprocessing and management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Machine Learning, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision techniques.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Experience

• 4-8 years of relevant experience in AI/ML engineering roles, with a focus on generative AI technologies.

Environment

• Work will be conducted at the client office in Whitefield, Bengaluru, requiring attendance 2-3 days a week.
• The role may involve collaborative teamwork in a dynamic office environment.
