SAP EWM - Lead

Job Summary

We are looking for a SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) Lead to join our team in Mumbai. The candidate will play a critical role in overseeing the implementation and optimization of SAP EWM solutions. This position is crucial for enhancing our warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, and improving logistics processes in alignment with the organization’s goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and support of SAP EWM solutions in various warehouse settings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into SAP configurations and functionality.
• Analyze current warehouse processes and identify areas for improvement through EWM solutions.
• Provide guidance and support to team members and stakeholders on EWM best practices and functionalities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve EWM-related issues and ensure system optimization.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of the SAP EWM system.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience in SAP EWM.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and processes.
• Proficiency in configurations and enhancements in SAP EWM modules.
• Familiarity with integration points between EWM and other SAP modules (MM, SD, etc.).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with S/4HANA and its impact on EWM processes.
• Knowledge of RFID and barcode technology in warehouse management.
• Experience in managing client expectations and project deliverables.

Experience

• 6+ years of relevant experience in SAP EWM and warehouse management systems.

Environment

• Work will be conducted offline at the client location in Mumbai.
• Regular shift mode will be followed.
