<div>Role - Principal/Sr Principal</div> <div>No of position - 1</div> <div>Location - Bengaluru</div> <div>CTC Range - 70lpa - 1cr&nbsp;+ carry allocation</div> <div><br /> The focus for this role is on managing the portfolio companies&mdash;primarily driving follow-on rounds and working towards exits of 20-25 companies within the next 4-5 years.<br /> <br /> The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of experience and should be able to handle fundraises and exits, preferably with an Investment Banking background.<br /> <br /> He/She should be able to build and nurture relationships across portfolio companies and support the fundraise process.<br /> <br /> About&nbsp;Inflexor:&nbsp;Inflexor&nbsp;is embarking on its third fundraise of $150 million, following two successful funds, with a portfolio of 25 companies broadly within science, engineering, and technology sectors with ticket sizes ranging $2 to $3.5 million, typically joining during Pre-Series A to Series A rounds.<br /> <br /> The Investment team currently comprises 14 members, including 5 partners, principals, associates, analysts and a 2-member finance team.</div>
