Role Overview: InventIP Legal Services LLP is seeking a Patent Search and Analytics Associate with a background in Mechanical Engineering and up to 2 years of relevant experience (freshers may apply). The role involves conducting patent searches, analysing technical inventions, and delivering search and analytics reports for global clients. Key Responsibilities: • Perform patentability, invalidity, FTO, and landscape searches. • Analyse inventions and prior art in the mechanical domain. • Prepare clear, concise search and analytics reports. • Use patent databases like Patsnap, patseer, google patents, etc. Requirements: • B.E./ B. Tech or M.E./ M. Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field. • 0-2 years of experience in patent search and analytics. • Strong understanding of mechanical systems and concepts. • Familiarity with global patent databases and tools. • Good analytical and technical writing skills. • Good education background is required & sound domain knowledge
