Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Talent Acquisition:
a. Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with the
organizations overall gaols and workforce planning.
b. Collaborate with senior leadership to understand talent needs, workforce
planning and long term recruitment goals.

2. Recruitment Process Management
a. Oversee the end to end recruitment process form sourcing, screening
candidate to conducting interview and making offers.
b. Develop and maintain efficient and effective recruitment process and
procedures.

a. Lead, mentor and develop a high performing talent acquisition team.
b. Provide coaching, training and guidance to recruitment staff to enhance their
skills and competencies

4. Employer Branding and Candidate Experience
a. Develop and promote the organizations employer brand to attract top talent
b. Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the
recruitment process
5. Sourcing and Networking
a. Develop and maintain relations with external partners, including recruitment
agencies, job boards and profession networks.
b. Implement innovative sourcing technique to identify and engage passive
candidates.
6. Data Analysis and Reporting
a. Utilize recruitment data and metrics to track key performance indicators and
make data driven decisions.
b. Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, analysing trends and
identifying areas of improvement
7. Collaborations and communication
a. Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their
talent needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly
b. Provide regular updates to senior management on recruitment activities,
challenges and successes.
