Job Summary
We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-focused Performance Marketing Executive to manage and scale growth across Q-commerce and E-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in driving sales and visibility through ads, marketplace optimization, and data-led decision-making. This role requires strong expertise in campaign execution, marketplace analytics, inventory planning support, and advanced reporting using Google Sheets / Excel.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Q-commerce and E-commerce marketplaces.
- Manage platform ads including sponsored ads, keyword bidding, and visibility campaigns.
- Monitor and improve key KPIs such as Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Advertising Cost of Sale (ACOS), Total Advertising Cost of Sale (TACOS), Click-Through Rate (CTR), Conversion Rate (CVR), Cost Per Click (CPC), and Share of Voice (SOV).
- Analyze product-level performance including Gross Merchandise Value (GMV), traffic, conversion, and market share trends.
- Work closely with category, supply chain, and inventory teams to improve On Shelf Availability (OSA) and reduce stockouts.
- Build and maintain automated dashboards, trackers, and business reports using Google Sheets / Excel.
- Use advanced formulas such as QUERY, IMPORTRANGE, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Array Formulas for performance reporting.
- Conduct competitor analysis on pricing, assortment, promotions, and ad visibility.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly business reports with actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in Q-commerce / E-commerce.
- Hands-on experience with platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Amazon, or similar marketplaces.
- Strong understanding of marketplace ad models, retail media, and keyword bidding strategies.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong hands-on experience in data analytics, reporting, and dashboard creation.
- Expertise in XLOOKUP, QUERY, IMPORTRANGE, Pivot Tables, Array Formulas, and data visualization dashboards.
- Experience with marketplace intelligence tools such as Helium 10, GobbleCube, or similar tools for keyword tracking, competitor benchmarking, and market insights.
- Understanding of performance metrics such as ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CVR, SOV, OSA, and Category Share.
- Working knowledge of inventory planning, stock availability, and sales forecasting.
- Ability to derive actionable insights from data and translate them into growth strategies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
