Job Description
Euler Motors is looking to hire a to lead the Supply Chain Function. We need our Supply Chain
person to balance Strategic, Operational, Financial & People Responsibilities. With a minimum of
15 years of extensive experience, particularly in commercial vehicle or car OEM sectors, the
successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of supply chain management,
including new product development, cost reduction, strategic sourcing, and budgeting.
● Strategic Responsibilities:
● Strategic Sourcing: Developing and implementing strategic sourcing strategies to
optimize supplier selection, negotiation, and contracting processes.
● Supplier Relationship Management: Cultivating strong relationships with key
suppliers, fostering collaboration, and driving supplier performance improvement
initiatives.
● Market Analysis: Conducting market research, forecasting trends, and identifying
opportunities to capitalize on market dynamics for cost savings and competitive
advantage.
● Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating supply chain risks, such as disruptions
in supply, geopolitical challenges, or economic uncertainties, to ensure supply chain
resilience.
● Technology Integration: Leveraging procurement technologies and digital tools to
streamline procurement processes, enhance visibility, and drive efficiency within the
supply chain.
● Operational Responsibilities:
● Procurement Process Management: Overseeing end-to-end procurement processes,
from requisition to payment, to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods
and services.
● Supplier Performance Monitoring: Monitoring supplier performance metrics,
conducting supplier evaluations, and implementing corrective actions to address
underperformance and drive continuous improvement.
