Job Description: Manager - Treasury About the Role This role is perfect for a professional who thrives on detailed financial analysis and has a strong understanding of the infrastructure sector. You will be responsible for preparing loan and funding proposals, building financial models, and acting as a key liaison between our company and external financial institutions. Your work will directly support our growth by securing the capital needed for our critical infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities Proposal and Documentation: o Prepare comprehensive loan and funding proposals, including detailed project summaries, financial forecasts, and risk assessments. o Compile and organize all necessary documentation for proposals, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Financial Modeling and Analysis: o Develop and maintain robust financial models to evaluate the viability and profitability of new infrastructure projects. o Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including cash flow projections, sensitivity analysis, and return on investment (ROI) calculations. o Analyze market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes to inform financial strategies. Liaison with Financial Institutions: o Serve as the primary point of contact for banks, financial institutions, and investors. o Effectively communicate the company’s financial needs, project details, and funding requirements. o Participate in due diligence processes and respond to queries from lenders and investors. Project Management Support: o Collaborate with internal teams, including project management, engineering, and legal, etc. to gather information and ensure financial plans align with project timelines and objectives. o Monitor the financial performance of ongoing projects and prepare regular reports for internal stakeholders. Qualifications Education: CA/MBA in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. Experience: o Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in a finance or credit analysis role, preferably within the infrastructure, real estate, or banking sectors.
