<div>Role Summary</div> <div><br /> We are seeking a dynamic PPC / Performance Marketing Specialist to spearhead paid marketing campaigns across diverse digital media platforms. The ideal candidate is a seasoned media buyer with expertise in search engine marketing (SEM), social media ads, funnel optimization, landing pages, and conversion rate optimization.<br /> Reporting to the Manager of D2C &amp; Digital Marketing, the incumbent will be responsible for overseeing end- to-end paid marketing campaigns on prominent digital media channels, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and Amazon Ads.<br /> The ideal candidate should possess substantial experience in online lead generation, demonstrate a strong digital acumen, and exhibit analytical prowess. As a pivotal member of the digital marketing team, collaboration with cross-functional teams such as marketing, design, and channel managers is integral to align strategies and maximize the return on investment (ROI) or ROAS for our online marketing efforts.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Roles &amp; Responsibilities<br /> &bull;<br /> Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, meticulously managing media budgets.<br /> &bull;<br /> Launch and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across diverse digital marketing channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads, Amazon Ads, and other platforms.<br /> &bull;<br /> Create and manage keyword lists, audiences, and placement targeting for Search, Display, and Remarketing campaigns.<br /> &bull;<br /> Manage campaigns to drive high volumes of ecommerce sales.<br /> &bull;<br /> Optimize PPC and Facebook Ad campaigns, encompassing bid management, audience targeting, ad groups, quality scores, and other key metrics.<br /> &bull;<br /> Contribute to copywriting and graphic design concepts for ads.<br /> &bull;<br /> Conduct competitor benchmarking and optimize copy and landing pages to enhance quality scores.<br /> &bull;<br /> Support the creation of new paid campaigns, ad groups, audiences, and accounts to expand overall paid search marketing initiatives.<br /> &bull;<br /> Monitor budgets and oversee paid ad accounts on platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads.<br /> &bull;<br /> Implement A/B testing to continually enhance ROI.<br /> &bull;<br /> Develop and implement high-converting funnels through landing pages and analytics.<br /> &bull;<br /> Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends, techniques, and technologies, proposing innovative ideas to grow accounts.<br /> &bull;<br /> Generate weekly and monthly reports encompassing major metrics, goal tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Desired Skills and Competency<br /> &bull;<br /> Solid grasp of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.<br /> &bull;<br /> Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tools such as Google Analytics, Adwords Reports, Facebook Ads Manager, and/or Google Data Studio.<br /> &bull;<br /> Comprehensive knowledge of the overall digital marketing mix, including SEO, Landing Pages, Funnels, Marketing Automation, Social Media, and Content Marketing.<br /> &bull;<br /> Expertise in Adwords Editor for efficient optimization and building of multiple accounts.<br /> &bull;<br /> Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, GTM, etc.).<br /> &bull;<br /> Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.<br /> &bull;<br /> Ability to create detailed Excel reports and present findings to management.<br /> Qualification<br /> &bull;<br /> Graduate/Post Graduation in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.<br /> &bull;<br /> 2-3 years of experience as a Paid Ads Manager or Digital Media Buyer.<br /> &bull;<br /> Google AdWords certification required.<br /> &bull;<br /> Successful campaign execution on Amazon Ads will be considered an advantage</div>
