Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT2 Treasury Management System Senior Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining our IT2 Treasury Management System (TMS) to support the organization’s treasury operations. This role requires a deep understanding of IT2, strong technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

• Development and Customization: Design, develop, and customize IT2 Treasury Management System to meet business requirements.
• System Maintenance and Support: Provide technical support for IT2, troubleshoot issues, and resolve system-related problems while ensuring the stability, reliability, and performance of the IT2 system.
• Integration and Automation: Develop and maintain integrations between IT2 and other enterprise systems such as ERP, banking platforms, and reporting tools; automate treasury processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
• Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with treasury, finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions, acting as a subject matter expert for IT2 and providing guidance to stakeholders.
• Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with industry standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements; create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, workflows, and user guides.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT2 development or similar Treasury Management Systems.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Proven experience in developing and supporting IT2 Treasury Management System (products like Murex, Finastra, Summit, etc.).
  • Strong programming and scripting skills (e.g., SQL, VBScript, or other relevant languages).
  • Experience with system integration tools and APIs.
• Treasury Knowledge: Solid understanding of treasury operations, financial instruments, and cash management processes; familiarity with banking systems, payment platforms, and financial reporting.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions; strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Communication and Teamwork: Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders; ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other Treasury Management Systems or financial software.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Familiarity with cloud-based treasury solutions and emerging technologies.
