<div>As a Credit Analyst in Corporate Real Estate, you will be responsible for assessing the creditworthiness of borrowers seeking secured loans with various types of securities. This includes appraising proposals and scrutinizing Financial &amp; KYC documents, including CIBIL analysis.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Key Responsibilities:</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Evaluate loan applications for credit loans secured by real estate and other eligible assets. ▪ Analyze the quality and market value of real estate properties and other collateral offered for loans. ▪ Assess clients&#39; financial profiles, credit history, and overall creditworthiness. ▪ Calculate loan-to-value (LTV) ratios and perform risk analysis based on collateral valuation. ▪ Collaborate with clients to gather necessary documentation and information for loan applications. ▪ Conduct due diligence on real estate properties and other collateral to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. ▪ Prepare comprehensive credit reports and loan proposals summarizing findings and recommendations. ▪ Communicate credit decisions and terms to clients and internal stakeholders. ▪ Work closely with underwriters and loan officers to finalize loan structures and terms.Stay updated on market trends, real estate regulations, and industry developments related to corporate real estate lending</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>What we are looking at:</div> <div>Proven experience 3+ years of experience in credit analysis, lending, or risk assessment within the financial services industry.<br /> <br /> Strong understanding of securities markets, collateral valuation, and credit risk management.<br /> <br /> Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software.<br /> <br /> Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.<br /> <br /> Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.<br /> <br /> Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects effectively.<br /> <br /> Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in lending and securities. Skills: ▪ Certification in credit analysis or related field (e.g., Chartered Financial Analyst - CFA). ▪ Experience with securities-backed lending products and loan origination processes. ▪ Familiarity with financial modeling and risk assessment techniques. ▪ Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.</div>
