AI Innovation Expert

Job Summary

The AI Innovation Expert will lead the development of advanced Knowledge Models and Product Co-Pilots using Agentic AI frameworks. This role involves creating domain-specific AI applications that emulate system experts, domain experts, and technology architects. The expert will collaborate with a team of AI professionals to build multi-modal AI solutions integrating speech, vision, and text models, including NLP capabilities for Indian languages. This position is critical to advancing AI-driven engineering co-pilots and enhancing Bosch/BGSW technology offerings.

Responsibilities

• Develop Knowledge Models and Product Co-Pilots leveraging Agentic AI frameworks.
• Build domain-specific Knowledge Models with expertise in Bosch/BGSW technologies.
• Design and implement Agentic AI applications that simulate system experts, domain experts, and technology architects/designers.
• Create Small Language Models (SLMs) tuned to specific knowledge areas.
• Collaborate with AI experts to develop Product Co-Pilots for System Engineering, Electronics Design, and Mechanical Design.
• Integrate AI solutions with in-house Midas Software co-pilots.
• Work on Multi-Modal AI models encompassing speech, vision, and text, with integration possibilities for NLP and Indian languages.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Expert certifications in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Deep Technology, Generative AI (GenAI), Large Language Models (LLMs), and Agentic AI Architecting.
• Strong expertise in AI architecture development and GenAI LLM Knowledge Model architecting.
• Proficient in data model and library creation.
• Skilled in Co-Pilot architecture and development.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced knowledge and experience in AI/ML programs and deep tech applications.
• Experience in contextual AI model building and engineering co-pilots.
• Familiarity with multi-modal AI technologies and NLP integration, especially for Indian languages.

Experience

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in GenAI-based LLM Knowledge Models.
• Over 10 years of experience in AI/ML programs.
• 10-12+ years as an AI Architect specializing in data modeling, knowledge models, contextual AI, and deep tech applications architecting.

Salary

• Estimated salary: ₹2,000,000 INR per annum.
