Financial Planning and Analysisincluding budgeting , forecasting, operational metricstracking andreporting for Business functions including recommendations for improvement.

• Monthly reporting and variance analysis

• Assess and evaluate financial performance of organization with regard to longterm operational goals, budgets and forecasts. Provide Short and Long term insight and recommendations to both short-term and long-term growth plan for the Business

• Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support

• Prepare for regular leadership reviews along business drivers

• Pricing support to the commercial and BD teams

• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actualresults with plans and forecasts

• Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and closing process

• Track account receivables to drive timely collections and drive CFOA goals

• Utilization, Realization and Project profitability analysis to help business partners for takingmeasures to improve their performance

• Reviewing financial information proactively, identifying exceptions/inconsistencies, initiatingaction, and follow-up with various stakeholders

• Own and drive reporting requirements for Shareholders and other external stakeholders
