Job Summary

Qualifications

• Experience: 4–8 years in ServiceNow development focusing on AI/ML capabilities.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
  • Proficient in JavaScript, Glide, and ServiceNow APIs.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and modules such as ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.
  • Familiarity with configuring AI/ML capabilities within ServiceNow.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI/ML models and knowledge of training datasets.
