Job Summary

The role involves developing and maintaining workflow automation solutions, leveraging Flowable BPMN, CMMN, and DMN models. The candidate will contribute to enhancing system performance and scalability, and will collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop workflow automation solutions using Flowable BPMN, CMMN, and DMN models.
• Create custom Flowable extensions, event listeners, and service tasks for integration with external systems.
• Oversee Flowable process execution to ensure performance optimization and scalability.
• Integrate Flowable REST APIs and Java APIs for seamless connectivity.
• Customize the Flowable User Interface and Flowable Forms to enhance user experience.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Java 11+ / Spring Boot.
• Deploy and manage Flowable-based applications on Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in workflow automation and system integration.
• Proficiency in developing and maintaining RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Strong understanding of agile delivery methodologies.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with both technical experts and non-technical end-users.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in deploying applications on cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Familiarity with custom Flowable extensions and their functionalities.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in related fields.

Environment

Location: Pune, Karadi. Work settings could be in-office, remote, or hybrid depending on company policies.
