Job Description
• Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan • Own the strategy for all media: paid search, paid social and organic campaigns (AdWords, Facebook, LinkedIn, SEO) from conception to execution. • Be responsible for creating reports and provide analysis around ROI, campaign performance, conversion patterns and website traffic to help optimize all campaigns. • Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns • Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC • Ensuring successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels • Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics • Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results • Analyze performance and understand the details and effectiveness of each campaign and adopt a continual test and learn approach to all performance marketing activities. • Drive optimization plans through analysis of large data sets. • Advise on and allocate digital marketing budgets, constantly analyzing spend and recommending changes as necessary to ensure optimization. • Be the point of contact with our digital media agency. • Lead, motivate and grow the team and share expertise to improve and better the growth of the brand
