About the position
Sauce is seeking a proactive, organized and experienced fund operations manager with
excellent organization and management skills to support our team. This role will act as a lead
for the operations and compliance for the fund. The individual will be providing executive
and logistical support on the operating activities and special projects throughout the
organization. We are looking for a highly motivated, hands-on manager who takes initiative
and flourishes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
What You'll Do
• Assistance in all aspects of finance, including tax, bookkeeping, reporting and banking
reconciliations
• Support on all elements of the fund management, including fund controlling, quarterly
investor reports, capital calls, distributions as well as ad-hoc analyses
• Development of accounting and reporting processes and controls
• Coordination between tax advisors and fund administration
• Assistance in onboarding of investors and AML checks
• Working with the investor relations team on investor communication and requests
and ensuring a high level of service to all stakeholders
What You'll Need
• Qualified CA professional under ICAI
• 5 years prior experience in a finance and/or operations role, fund services. Preference
for individuals with experience of AIFs, and AIF financial operations.
• Experience of fund structures
• Deep sense for processes and advanced Excel skills
• Fluent in English and Hindi
• Experience working with internal and external stakeholders
