Job Description
Role requirement: Candidate will be part of the Finance and Operations - fund management, accounting, audit, valuation, taxation, finance operations, reporting and compliance and related matters. • Fund administration: Co-ordinating with the Administrators for current funds and setting up new funds, including reviewing and approving accounts and documents across all funds; • Assist in tracking and working on different aspects of the fund – management fees, expenses invoice, NAV calculation, distribution of capital, IRR working, cash flow management; • Assist with SEBI, Trustee compliances related to AIFs; • Assist with Quarterly and Annual reporting with respect to Funds to Investor servicing team and assisting in investor queries; • Assist with Valuation of portfolio companies in line with SEBI annual requirements; • Co-ordinate with tax consultants, accounting and legal consultants for various matters pertaining to the tax, accounting, valuation and regulatory matters; • Follow a close checklist approach to ensure effective co-ordination amongst all stakeholders; • Assist on need basis in Fund set-up & compliances on the transactions; and • Assist on all Finance, tax, FEMA, SEBI related work in relation to Funds
