<div>Key Responsibilities:<br />  Lead the financial integration and transition process for the newly acquired hospital<br /> chain.<br />  Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize revenue and cost efficiency.<br />  Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls.<br />  Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, tax laws, and financial policies.<br />  Collaborate with hospital leadership to drive profitability and operational efficiency.<br />  Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk for the acquired entity.<br />  Conduct financial due diligence and support future mergers &amp;amp; acquisitions.<br />  Implement and monitor financial policies and internal controls to mitigate risks.<br />  Liaise with external auditors, investors, and regulatory bodies.<br />  Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to senior management.<br /> Required Qualifications &amp;amp; Skills:<br />  CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent degree.<br />  12-18 years of experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in the healthcare<br /> industry.<br />  Strong expertise in mergers &amp;amp; acquisitions, financial due diligence, and integration<br /> planning.<br />  Proficiency in financial reporting, compliance, and risk management.<br />  Hands-on experience with financial ERP systems and automation tools.<br />  Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.<br />  Ability to drive financial efficiency and cost optimization strategies.<br /> Preferred Experience:<br />  Experience in multi-hospital financial management and corporate finance.<br />  Familiarity with Indian healthcare regulations, taxation, and compliance frameworks.</div> <div> Exposure to financial restructuring, investor relations, and capital management.</div>
