Key Responsibilities:
 Lead the financial integration and transition process for the newly acquired hospital
chain.
 Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize revenue and cost efficiency.
 Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls.
 Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, tax laws, and financial policies.
 Collaborate with hospital leadership to drive profitability and operational efficiency.
 Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk for the acquired entity.
 Conduct financial due diligence and support future mergers & acquisitions.
 Implement and monitor financial policies and internal controls to mitigate risks.
 Liaise with external auditors, investors, and regulatory bodies.
 Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
 CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent degree.
 12-18 years of experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in the healthcare
industry.
 Strong expertise in mergers & acquisitions, financial due diligence, and integration
planning.
 Proficiency in financial reporting, compliance, and risk management.
 Hands-on experience with financial ERP systems and automation tools.
 Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
 Ability to drive financial efficiency and cost optimization strategies.
Preferred Experience:
 Experience in multi-hospital financial management and corporate finance.
 Familiarity with Indian healthcare regulations, taxation, and compliance frameworks.

 Exposure to financial restructuring, investor relations, and capital management.
