Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the financial integration and transition process for the newly acquired hospital
chain.
Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize revenue and cost efficiency.
Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, tax laws, and financial policies.
Collaborate with hospital leadership to drive profitability and operational efficiency.
Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk for the acquired entity.
Conduct financial due diligence and support future mergers & acquisitions.
Implement and monitor financial policies and internal controls to mitigate risks.
Liaise with external auditors, investors, and regulatory bodies.
Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent degree.
12-18 years of experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in the healthcare
industry.
Strong expertise in mergers & acquisitions, financial due diligence, and integration
planning.
Proficiency in financial reporting, compliance, and risk management.
Hands-on experience with financial ERP systems and automation tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Ability to drive financial efficiency and cost optimization strategies.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in multi-hospital financial management and corporate finance.
Familiarity with Indian healthcare regulations, taxation, and compliance frameworks.
