Job Summary
We’re seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Product Manager to lead initiatives that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. In this role, you’ll develop and execute product-led growth strategies, design experiments to optimize performance, and work cross-functionally to scale high-impact features. Responsibilities
- Lead growth strategy and execution for user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Identify and prioritize high-impact growth opportunities by leveraging analytics, user research, market trends, competitive analysis, and business objectives.
- Design, implement, and optimize onboarding funnels, referral programs, cross-sell/upsell initiatives, and engagement loops.
- Drive and manage A/B and multivariate experiments, analyzing results to improve conversion and activation rates while reducing churn.
- Monitor key performance metrics (activation, retention, DAU/MAU, LTV, ARPU, etc.) and present actionable insights to leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree preferred.
- Experience:
- 5–8 years of product management experience, with a strong focus on product-led growth, preferably in the fintech, consumer tech, or data-driven startup sectors.
- Proven track record of shipping, scaling, and optimizing high-impact products with measurable growth outcomes.
- Deep experience running A/B or multivariate experiments and fluency with analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Strong understanding of fintech business models, growth metrics, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving, prioritization, and project management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication; comfortable presenting business cases to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, ownership mentality, and strong bias for action.
