<strong>Manager Talent Acquisition - JD</strong> Job Purpose: Oliva is seeking a results-driven and dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to join our fast-growing Talent Acquisition (TA) team. Reporting directly to the Head of TA, this role plays a critical part in facilitating the company's rapid expansion into major cities across India. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for managing centralized recruitment processes, focusing on attracting top talent, conducting interviews, and spearheading specific hiring verticals. This role requires frequent travel to various cities, dynamic planning, and the ability to lead a team to achieve individual and team goals. Key Responsibilities:  Oversee and manage centralized recruitment processes for multiple cities, ensuring high-quality resource acquisition to support business expansion.  Frequent travel to different cities to attract talent and conduct interviews, utilizing dynamic recruitment plans to meet regional hiring needs.  Lead and manage a team of TA professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and enabling team members to achieve individual and team goals.  Take ownership of delivering agreed-upon recruitment numbers and targets.  Implement strategies to optimize recruitment efficiency and continually improve performance.  Spearhead specific hiring verticals within the TA department, ensuring the smooth operation of end-to-end recruitment processes.  Utilize strong sourcing and screening skills to identify top talent. Desired Candidate Details:  MBA degree in Human Resources.  Minimum of 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.  At least two years of experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.  Experience managing a team of 2 to 3 professionals.  Strong sourcing and Interviews skills.  Negotiation skills to secure quality hires.  Experience in domestic hiring, preferably in the healthcare domain with branches in different locations. “Join Oliva's Talent Acquisition team to be part of our growth story and make a significant impact on our business expansion.
