Job Summary

We’re seeking a hands-on technical leader to architect and drive full-stack development using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). You’ll mentor developers, own code quality, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable web applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of MERN stack developers.
• Architect and develop scalable web applications using React, Node.js, and MongoDB.
• Own code reviews, sprint planning, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with UI/UX, DevOps, Quality Assurance (QA), and product teams to define and deliver features.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure deployment best practices.
• Optimise performance, security, and scalability across the stack.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and drive innovation within the team.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of full-stack development experience.
• Deep expertise in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, JavaScript (ES6+), and HTML/CSS.
• Experience with Git, Agile methodologies, and code review tools.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha) is beneficial.
• Experience in developing microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with server-side rendering (SSR) concepts.
