Job Description
<div>Key Responsibilities:<br />
1. New Device PDI & Tracking Device Management<br />
o Perform Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) for new telematics devices during<br />
installation.<br />
o Troubleshoot and resolve tracking device issues effectively.<br />
2. Reporting & Data Analytics<br />
o Generate daily and monthly reports on telematics data including tracking, usage,<br />
and performance metrics.<br />
o Analyze data loss trends and generate insights with actionable recommendations.<br />
3. Salesforce & Subscription Management<br />
o Maintain and update subscription information (pricing, contract terms, service<br />
agreements) in Salesforce.<br />
o Plan and strategize subscription offerings and service options.<br />
4. Telematics Feature Utilization<br />
o Monitor and report on the features of telematics systems and their impact on fleet</div>

<div>5. Vendor Communication & Issue Resolution<br />
o Coordinate with telematics vendors for timely resolution of device issues.<br />
o Track issue status and escalate when necessary.<br />
6. GPS Integration<br />
o Support or lead integration of GPS data into business systems and applications.<br />
o Ensure seamless data flow and consistency across platforms.<br />
7. Portal Data Flow Verification<br />
o Monitor the data flow from vendor portals to client portals to ensure accuracy and<br />
reliability.<br />
8. Data Loss Analysis<br />
o Identify inconsistencies in telematics data.<br />
o Provide root cause analysis and improvement strategies.<br />
9. AIS 140 Compliance<br />
o Oversee installation, tracking, and reporting for AIS140-compliant devices,<br />
particularly in the southern region.</div>
<div>10. Speed Governor Compliance<br />
o Manage integration, subscription, and calibration of speed governors in line with<br />
vendor-specified intervals.</div>
<div>Qualifications:<br />
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, Electronics, or related field.<br />
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in telematics or vehicle tracking systems.<br />
• Strong knowledge of GPS, AIS140, and fleet management tools.<br />
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is preferred.<br />
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<br />
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.</div>
