For Founders' office:<br /> MBA preferred<br /> Prior experience (1-3 years) in management consulting / investment banking / transaction advisory (we can get relevant profiles from Big 4 / high-growth startups; open to any other option as well)  <br /> Experience of financial modelling and powerpoint<br /> Experience in primary + secondary research<br /> Good communication skills + Internal / External stakeholder management<br /> First principle based problem solving<br /> Role will entail working on high impact projects for the founders' office including strategy design, performance improvement, fundraise, operations excellence etc.<br /> <br /> CTC - 25-30 lacs
