Operations Executive

Job Summary

The Operations Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless coordination between drivers, fleet owners, and the internal team throughout the delivery process. This position is essential for managing customer complaints and escalations, ensuring effective journey management, and providing exceptional service to clients.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with drivers, fleet owners, and the internal team until delivery is completed.
• Manage complaints and escalations while overseeing the journey management of specific vehicles.
• Follow up on vehicle placements, track vehicles, and maintain communication with fleet owners, customers, and drivers.
• De-escalate issues and ensure follow-up until resolution is achieved.
• Input trip details into desktop and mobile applications.
• Train customers on the use of mobile and desktop applications.
• Prepare Daily Management Information System (MIS) reports for various clients.
• Handle customer queries and provide effective solutions.
• Follow up to ensure appropriate actions are taken on customer requests.
• Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to the Operations Manager.
• Communicate extensively with multiple stakeholders through calls and other media on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using desktop and mobile applications.
• Experience in vehicle placements, tracking, and customer service.
• Ability to manage complaints and escalations effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

Experience

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or a related field.

Environment

• Work setting is in-office, located in Navi Mumbai.
