Job Summary

We are looking for a Team Lead with 6-8 years of experience to manage the support, enhancement, and development of internal enterprise applications across various key business functions including Engineering, Enterprise Workforce Management (EWM), HR, Finance, Admin, Sales, Quality Group (QG), and IT. This role is crucial for ensuring the stability and performance of existing systems while driving the delivery of new application modules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of developers in the maintenance and enhancement of enterprise applications.
• Ensure the stability and performance of existing systems, actively resolving production issues.
• Drive the delivery of new application modules and collaborate with stakeholders for smooth operations.
• Ensure adherence to technical best practices and contribute hands-on when necessary.
• Manage the application development lifecycle, focusing on both front-end and back-end requirements.

Qualifications

• Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in Angular, PHP, HTML5, JavaScript, MySQL, SQL Server, Git / Version Control Systems, and RESTful APIs.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of the enterprise application lifecycle.
• Education:
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge in Web Application Security, familiarity with OWASP, and understanding of JWT (JSON Web Tokens).

Experience

• 6-8 years of relevant experience in software development and team leadership roles.

Environment

• Work location is Gurgaon. (Remote, in-office, or hybrid specifics not mentioned.)

Salary

• The budget for this position is 1.6 LPM (Lakhs Per Month).
