• 4-5 years experience building scalable web applications with Ruby on Rails

• Strong proficiency in PostgreSQL database design, optimization, and query performance

• Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications on AWS (ECS, RDS, S3)

• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code using Pulumi for cloud resource management

• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture

• Knowledge of background job processing with ActiveJob or similar

• Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (RSpec, Minitest)

• Should love playing and watching sports
