Key Responsibilities:

Set up and manage all factory operations end-to-end.


Lead production, cost optimization, and asset management.


Ensure quality control and compliance (ISO 9001/14000, OTIF).


Drive on-ground execution and plant performance.


Build and lead cross-functional teams across supply chain, production engineering, and quality.


Support export readiness through automation, systems, and process excellence.

Key Requirements:

15+ years in manufacturing, including 5+ years in plant/factory leadership.


Strong technical and operations background (preferably an engineering degree).


Experience in quality systems, TPM/Lean, EHS, and compliance.


Past experience in consumer goods or paper products is a plus.


Leadership skills and hands-on problem-solving capabilities.
