Job Description
Responsibilities
Own and drive
D2C website revenue growth
, user acquisition, and conversion
Plan and execute high-performance
Meta campaigns (Facebook/Instagram Ads)
with budget ownership of
₹1 Cr+ monthly
Optimize website funnel metrics including
CTR, CVR, bounce rate, and time on site
Identify opportunities to reduce
CAC
and improve ROAS through structured experimentation
Oversee website merchandising, banners, offer placements, and product positioning
Analyze user behavior and drop-offs using GA4, Hotjar, and CRO tools
Requirements
4–6 years of experience in
D2C/e-commerce growth marketing
, specifically for
FMCG or consumer brands
Proven ability to manage and optimize
Meta Ads
and Google Ads across high monthly spends
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently on growth hypotheses
Prior experience improving
CAC, ROAS, and website conversion metrics at scale
