Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive
Location: Mumbai (Lower Parel)
Department: Human Resources
Reporting To: Talent Acquisition Manager / HR Manager
Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end
recruitment process to ensure timely and quality hiring. The role involves sourcing,
screening, and shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews, and building a strong talent
pipeline to support the organization’s manpower needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment life cycle – from understanding manpower requirements
to on boarding new hires.
Headhunt from the target brands.
Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media,
referrals, and professional networks.
Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and assess candidates’
suitability for roles.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate data and recruitment dashboards in HR systems.
Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs and develop effective
recruitmen
