Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the firm and its portfolio companies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and consistency in messaging across platforms.

- Produce high-quality written content, including blog posts, articles, press releases, social media posts and newsletters.

- Utilize generative AI tools and other innovative technologies to enhance marketing efforts.

- Manage digital marketing channels, including social media platforms, website content, email marketing, and online advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness and market positioning.

- Leverage your knowledge of the startup ecosystem and deep tech to identify key trends, market opportunities, and target audiences

Collaborate with the investment team, portfolio companies and external agencies to create compelling marketing materials, including pitch decks, case studies, and thought leadership content.

- Cultivate and nurture relationships with media outlets, influencers, and strategic partners to increase brand visibility, generate media coverage and secure speaking opportunities at conferences.

- Plan and execute events and webinars working with the team, portfolio companies and key ecosystem stakeholders.

- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement.

- Stay up to date with emerging marketing trends, industry best practices, and generative AI tools to enhance our marketing efforts.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A relevant advanced degree is a plus.

- Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the startup or venture capital space.

- Strong understanding of the startup ecosystem and deep tech landscape.

- Expertise in managing social media platforms and using digital marketing tools to drive engagement and conversions.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with generative AI tools.

- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, while juggling multiple projects.
