Role Description

This is a pivotal executive role responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate has to ensure that the company's operations are efficient, effective, and aligned with strategic business goals. This position requires a dynamic leader with deep industry knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across all operational areas.

Budget- CTC 50L

Location- Bangalore (For Interviews- would prefer to meet the candidates in Bangalore than virtual)

Experience- 15-20 years experience in F&B

Target companies- Thalappakatti, paradise, BBQ nation, Absolute Barbecues, A2B, Anand Foods, Meghana Foods, Saravana bhavan , Haldiram, Sangeetha

Joining- Immediate, max joining by August

Key Responsibilities

·Store operations, PnL, expansion, central kitchen

• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage production processes to ensure resource efficiency and quality standards.
• Implement quality control processes to maintain high standards and compliance.
• Oversee procurement, inventory, and distribution to optimize the supply chain.
• Ensure timely and cost-effective product delivery.
• Develop and manage operational budgets, monitor financial performance, and control costs.
• Identify and lead initiatives for operational efficiency and innovation.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team to foster a high-performance culture.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and address operational issues impacting service.
• Work with other executives to execute the company’s strategic plan.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Food Science, or related field
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, financial management, and process improvement skills.
