Job Summary

The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the Salesforce platform. This role contributes to the organization’s goals by enhancing the functionality of Salesforce applications and ensuring they meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements to ensure Salesforce solutions align with business needs.
• Perform data modeling, data migration, and integration with third-party systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and provide ongoing support.
• Conduct unit testing and participate in system testing to validate functionality before deployment.
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new features to leverage best practices in development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce development tools including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and SOQL.
• Experience with Salesforce deployment tools and version control systems.
• Hands on Experience in Omnistudio
• Knowledge of Salesforce APIs and integration techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Developer or Salesforce Certified Architect.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and working in a collaborative team environment.
• Familiarity with web development technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Salesforce development is required.

Environment

• Work locations include Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi, and Pune.
• This position is a full-time, contractual role with an immediate start date.
