 Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or other related
field, or equivalent experience
 2+ years of quality assurance/testing related experience
 Experience in structured testing methodology, with a proven ability to
breakdown business requirements/functional/non-functional requirements
into high level and detailed test cases and test scenarios
 Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment preferred
 Intermediate SQL skills
 Experience with API testing and API testing tools such as Postman
 Strong desire to grow technically and professionally
 Analytical thinker and problem solver
 Ability to adjust to competing or shifting priorities as needed
 Team player with strong interpersonal skills
 Experience communicating impact in both technical and user-friendly
language with all levels of technical and business associates
 Experience with a commercially available test management and defect
tracking tool such as Jira
 Experience in healthcare/benefit management systems is a plus
