 Bachelor&#39;s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or other related<br /> field, or equivalent experience<br />  2+ years of quality assurance/testing related experience<br />  Experience in structured testing methodology, with a proven ability to<br /> breakdown business requirements/functional/non-functional requirements<br /> into high level and detailed test cases and test scenarios<br />  Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment preferred<br />  Intermediate SQL skills<br />  Experience with API testing and API testing tools such as Postman<br />  Strong desire to grow technically and professionally<br />  Analytical thinker and problem solver<br />  Ability to adjust to competing or shifting priorities as needed<br />  Team player with strong interpersonal skills<br />  Experience communicating impact in both technical and user-friendly<br /> language with all levels of technical and business associates<br />  Experience with a commercially available test management and defect<br /> tracking tool such as Jira<br />  Experience in healthcare/benefit management systems is a plus
