Pre-Sales Executive
Company: IVY Homes (IVY Sales)
Location: Shanthinagar, Bangalore
Work Mode: 6 Days (Mon / Tue / Wed – 1 weekly off)
Role Overview
IVY Homes is looking for dynamic Pre-Sales Executives to handle lead engagement, customer
qualification, and site visit coordination for residential real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound & outbound calls to prospective customers
Explain project details, pricing, and offers clearly
Qualify leads and schedule site visits for the sales team
Maintain CRM and follow up regularly with prospects
Coordinate with field sales to ensure smooth closures
●
Achieve monthly calling and conversion targets
Eligibility Criteria
●
●
Experience: 1+ year in calling / pre-sales / telecalling
Background: Any (B2C / B2B preferred)
●
●
●
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Comfortable with targets and fast-paced environment
Willing to work 6 days a week
Compensation
●
Fixed: ₹4.5 – ₹5.5 LPA
●
●
●
Variable: Up to ₹2.5 LPA
Average CTC: ~₹3.6 LPA (higher based on performance)
Incentives: Linked to monthly sales closures (3+ sales/month)

12–15 Pre-Sales positions open
105+ people in the overall sales team
