Responsibilities

1. Vision: to lead and inspire the business, ensuring it remains the top retail design firm in India.  To grow and consolidate the Brand position of “Designing Brand Futures"

2. Growth: to ensure growth of the business @ a minimum of 50% pa for the next 3 years 

3. Team: to inspire and lead the team.  Ensuring growth paths for key contributors 

4. Culture: to foster and strengthen the culture of Restore.  

5. Financial: to ensure integrity & fiduciary responsibility at all times.  To be responsible for P & L ensuring a minimum net profit of 25%

6. Strategic: to look at strategic opportunities for growth into newer businesses within the agreed vision with Founder & Director

7. Partner & Client relationships - to ensure strengthen current and build new such that client referrals and repeat business remain at a minimum of the current 95%

 

Reporting

To Founder & Director - on a monthly basis.  

 

Background

* Design Background - this could be any sort of creative background including not being a trained designer but having worked in a Creative business

* Having run a P & L for a min of 2 years.  Minimum work experience of 10 years.

* Strong team player

* Appreciation of the design business in India

* Entrepreneurial bent
