Job Summary

The Executive/ Assistant Manager (Landscape) will support the Landscape team in the Design Strategy function at the Head Office, in alignment with the company’s vision for sustainable corporate growth and success. This role involves engaging in ongoing initiatives, raising awareness through workshops, and researching future trends in design, materials, and technology for relevant adoption within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Working on strategic initiatives and their implementation.
• Conducting research on local and international markets to identify upcoming industry trends.
• Creating design detailing and guidelines related to landscape and architecture.
• Curating cross-learning and development within the function.
• Coordinating and managing the design process for outdoor spaces, including parks, gardens, and streetscapes.
• Collaborating with external vendors and contractors for material procurement and adhering to budgetary constraints.

Qualifications

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s in Architecture (B.Arch) with 2-3 years of relevant industry experience in landscape architecture, or Master’s in Architecture (M.Arch) freshers.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in design software: CAD, Revit, SketchUp, ArchiCAD, and other relevant software.
  • Competency in MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software.
  • Knowledge of Rhino, Grasshopper, and Dynamo (optional).
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong project management, presentation, and photography skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Acknowledgments in previous projects or unique expertise would be appreciated.

Experience

• A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant industry experience in landscape architecture for B.Arch graduates or open to fresh M.Arch graduates.
