Job Summary

We are seeking a Power Automate Technical Lead to take charge of designing and implementing robust automation solutions using Power Automate and Power BI. The successful candidate will play a critical role in streamlining processes, enhancing data accuracy, and delivering insightful reports that support the organization’s objectives.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Power Automate flows for data extraction, transformation, and mapping from various sources.
• Automate data validation processes and prepare datasets required for reconciliation.
• Build and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for comprehensive business insights.
• Contribute to the setup, configuration, and optimization of Power Automate infrastructure.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, present effective solutions, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Ensure adherence to data quality, governance, and security standards.
• Lead and mentor team members in Power Automate and Power BI best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Power Automate and Power BI with end-to-end workflow automation experience.
• Strong understanding of data integration, mapping, and reconciliation processes.
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate infrastructure setup.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology) is preferred.
• 7-10 years of experience in a related role.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with data governance frameworks and best practices.
• Experience in agile project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of other data visualization tools and processes.

Experience

• Required: 7-10 years of experience in automation and data analysis roles.

Environment

• Work location in Bangalore or Noida.
• Hybrid Work Mode: 2 Days in-office.
