<div>JOB DESCRIPTION<br />
Role: B2B Sales Executive<br />
Location: Bengaluru, Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, Delhi<br />
Employment Type: Full-Time<br />
Join our growing B2B sales team and drive strategic partnerships that help students secure<br />
education loans seamlessly! As a B2B Sales Associate, you will be responsible for building and<br />
managing relationships with study-abroad consultants, universities, and test-prep<br />
companies, ensuring optimal engagement and business growth. If you have a knack for<br />
relationship management, strategic selling, and driving partnerships, we’d love to have you on<br />
board!</div>
<div>RESPONSIBILITIES<br />
● Identify, onboard, and nurture partnerships with study-abroad consultants, universities,<br />
and test-prep companies.<br />
● Develop and execute strategies to maximize partner engagement and loan referrals.<br />
● Conduct meetings, presentations, and training sessions to educate partners about our<br />
offerings.<br />
● Maintain strong business relationships and act as the primary point of contact for<br />
partners.</div>
<div>● Track performance metrics, analyze data, and optimize partner contributions.<br />
● Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to streamline operations and improve<br />
partner experience.<br />
● Stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and industry developments.</div>
<div>QUALIFICATIONS<br />
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.<br />
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or partnerships, preferably in education<br />
loans, fintech, or ed-tech.<br />
Technical Skills:<br />
● Strong relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.<br />
● A results-driven mindset with the ability to work in a target-oriented environment.<br />
● Willingness to travel for partner meetings and industry events.<br />
● Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven decision-making is a plus.</div>
