JOB DESCRIPTION
Role: B2B Sales Executive
Location: Bengaluru, Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, Delhi
Employment Type: Full-Time
Join our growing B2B sales team and drive strategic partnerships that help students secure
education loans seamlessly! As a B2B Sales Associate, you will be responsible for building and
managing relationships with study-abroad consultants, universities, and test-prep
companies, ensuring optimal engagement and business growth. If you have a knack for
relationship management, strategic selling, and driving partnerships, we’d love to have you on
board!
RESPONSIBILITIES
● Identify, onboard, and nurture partnerships with study-abroad consultants, universities,
and test-prep companies.
● Develop and execute strategies to maximize partner engagement and loan referrals.
● Conduct meetings, presentations, and training sessions to educate partners about our
offerings.
● Maintain strong business relationships and act as the primary point of contact for
partners.
● Track performance metrics, analyze data, and optimize partner contributions.
● Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to streamline operations and improve
partner experience.
● Stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and industry developments.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or partnerships, preferably in education
loans, fintech, or ed-tech.
Technical Skills:
● Strong relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
● A results-driven mindset with the ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
● Willingness to travel for partner meetings and industry events.
● Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven decision-making is a plus.
