Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and talented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will start in the role of Business Analyst and eventually transition into a Product Analyst and Owner. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a rapidly growing health insurer in India and contribute to the development of industry-leading insurance products and services.

Responsibilities

• Business Analysis:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements.
  • Analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Create detailed business requirement documents (BRDs) and user stories.

• Product Analysis and Development:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative health insurance products.
  • Conduct market research to assess product viability and competitiveness.
  • Define and manage product roadmaps and prioritize features for development.

• Product Ownership:

  • Take ownership of product development, ensuring that the product aligns with business goals and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure the successful delivery of product features.

• Data Analysis:

  • Utilize data analytics to track the performance of products and identify areas for improvement.
  • Generate insights from data to drive product decisions and strategy.

• Stakeholder Communication:

  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of project objectives and progress.
  • Present findings, recommendations, and updates to leadership and project teams.

Qualifications

• Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering.

• Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Product Management or Business Analyst role.
  • Candidate from the Insurance Industry is preferred.

• Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and Excel would be a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
