Job Description
<div>Purpose</div>
<div>The purpose of this MSR is to recruit a Management Trainee for the Human Resources<br />
department, with primary responsibility for HR operations at the Ambernath Plant.</div>

Job Responsibilities /<br />
Deliverables</div>
<div>• Conduct orientation for new joiners on their first day<br />
• Share the data with IT for generating the domain account and biometric<br />
enrollment, and share details with the admin for KLib account<br />
• Buddy Program management<br />
• Ensure the confirmation process is adhered to as per the timelines<br />
• Co-ordination, felicitation, mailer designing and communication of various<br />
rewards (R&R, SPOT, Extra Mile) for plant<br />
• Provide support in the Maintenance of accurate data (MIS) for various HR<br />
processes including Employee Database<br />
• Half-yearly Samvaad session with different teams and working closely with<br />
support team/departments on closures<br />
• Execute monthly engagement activities including coordination for arrangements<br />
as per EE calendar<br />
• Ensure that monthly employee, newborn, and marriage data are stored for the<br />
internal magazine.<br />
• Share monthly payroll inputs, Full and Final workings for plant<br />
• Address employee’s grievances eg. Attendance, monthly salary, Insurance<br />
• Working Overtime, Absenteeism Analysis<br />
• Conduct exit interviews up to the Assistant Manager level, gathering feedback for<br />
continuous improvement<br />
• Oversee the separation process, ensuring timely and efficient closure of employee<br />
exit formalities, including coordination with the relevant department<br />
• Track and maintain photos with written updates of all employee events for<br />
Resonance on a monthly basis.</div>
<div>Qualifications & Pre-<br />
Requisites</div>
<div>• Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field</div>
<div>Additional notes • Preferably, the candidate should be local and have good communication skills</div>
<div>• Proficient in MS Excel & PowerPoint<br />
