Job Summary

As a Cloud Security Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing secure cloud solutions for both AWS and Azure environments. Your expertise will ensure robust security measures are in place to protect data against breaches. You will play a vital role in shaping the cloud security framework, aligning it with the organization's overall security strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement security architectures for cloud deployment models, ensuring compliance with best practices.
  • Utilize tools and techniques related to Cloud Native Application Protection Platform (CNAPP) to enhance security postures.
  • Develop Infrastructure as Code (IAC) using Terraform to provision and manage cloud resources securely.
  • Implement and manage encryption and hashing techniques to safeguard sensitive information.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify security vulnerabilities and provide recommendations for mitigation.
  • Stay updated with the latest cloud security threats and compliance requirements to adapt security measures accordingly.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Technology (BTech) or Master of Computer Applications (MCA) is required.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in AWS and Azure security frameworks.
    • Strong knowledge of CNAPP and security automation tools.
    • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IAC) using Terraform.
    • Familiarity with encryption standards and hashing algorithms.
    • Understanding of various cloud deployment models (public, private, hybrid).
    • Knowledge of cloud security best practices and frameworks.

Preferred Skills

  • Certifications in cloud security (e.g., AWS Certified Security - Specialty, Azure Security Engineer Associate) would be an advantage.
  • Experience with DevSecOps practices and implementation.
