Job Summary

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping our product vision by creating amazing and delightful user experiences. If you are passionate about design, user-focused, and have a knack for building intuitive mobile and desktop user experiences, we would love to meet you!

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that simplify complex marketing concepts for non-tech-savvy users.
• Conduct extensive user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability tests, to understand the needs, preferences, and pain points of our target audience.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts and facilitate seamless handoff to development.
• Take ownership of the entire design process, from ideation to implementation, continually iterating and refining based on user feedback and data-driven insights.
• Contribute to product strategy and roadmap discussions, advocating for user needs and ensuring that design remains a key consideration in all product decisions.
• Establish and maintain design standards, style guides, and best practices that ensure consistency and quality across all aspects of the user experience.

Qualifications

• Experience: 4+ years of experience designing digital products, with a strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design skills and impact.
• User-Centric Design: Proven ability to design for non-tech-savvy users, simplifying complex concepts and workflows into intuitive interfaces.
• User Research: Extensive experience conducting user research, synthesizing insights, and translating findings into actionable design recommendations.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and build consensus across teams.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React is a plus for effective collaboration with development teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in B2B SaaS or startup environments.
• Familiarity with front-end development and the ability to work closely with developers to implement designs.

Experience

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in UI/UX design.

Environment

• The position is based in Bangalore, India, and is a full-time role.

Salary

• Salary range is between ₹1,000,000 - ₹2,000,000 per annum.
